Once a month I like to talk about my total passive income for the month. I do this to track how much is coming in. Once I get over $2,000 a month in passive income, I will be in a great place. $2,000 a month is my crossover point. At that point, that money will be enough to cover all my expenses.
Here we have my passive income for the month of November.
Taxable Account: $324.82
Retirement Account: $79.70
I updated my Passive Income page for the month.

Woot!! Getting closer and closer to that magic $2k mark. Last month I did not make it over the $1k mark, but as we see now, I blow that out of the water. As usual, my tenant is great and paid on time. I already collected this month rent and put it right to work; however, this time I put it to work in a different kind of way. I will be discussing that in an upcoming post.
This month my taxable income saw a whopping 59% increase from last years dividend income. This is tremendous growth and I am super happy about that!
My retirement account did ok once again. I am not expecting too much from this account. The account only has a value of $18,331.68, and I won’t be adding to it anytime soon. I keep track of all my account using Personal Capital.
How was your month for passive income? Higher than expected?
