I added more shares to my portfolio with the purchase of Owens & Minor Inc. (OMI)
95 shares @ $15.17 on 8/15/2018.
This increases my forward 12-month dividend income by $98.80 to a total of $6,111.14
I also updated my portfolio page to reflect the change.
My Thoughts
So let’s go over OMI stock review. I first bought shares of OMI at the beginning of the year at a price of $21.95. I also bought more shares when it dropped from $21 to $15.37 and $16.37. After that point, the company saw a gain of about 19.6%. It was at fair value territory by that point.
Once earnings were reported, OMI stock saw a 21% price decrease in just two days. The company missed expected earnings of $0.46 and they lower their future earnings outlook.
I saw this as an opportunity to add more shares. So I fully took advantage of this selloff.
Here is an OMI stock review that I released on my YouTube Channel.
FastGraph has been updated with the new future expected earnings. You can see that the company is still undervalued even with the lower future guidance.

Hi Felix,
Please look at this : https://www.firstrade.com/content/en-us/welcome
Are you still using TD Ameritrade ?
I prefer Scottrade !
Now I think I have to change to Firstrade for 0 commission.
Hi Paul! Thanks for the suggestion. I am still using TD Ameritrade. I like there research tools and support.
Firstrade.com does look good. That $0 per trade sounds great, but for now, I am going to stick it out with TD. Thanks for stopping by.
Hi,
What do you think the cause of the recent weakness is, any customer or sale changes, or is Amazon trying to get in on this martket too…. Seems like a very high yeild and low valuation, too good to be true…
Hi IA, Thanks for your question and for reading. The main cause of weakness like others CVS, CAH, and WBA have been because of Amazon. I hope that answers your question and thanks for commenting.
