Happy New Year Everyone!!
Once a month I like to talk about my total passive income for the month. I do this to track how much is coming in. Once I get over $2,000 a month in passive income, I will be in a great place. $2,000 a month is my crossover point. At that point, that money will be enough to cover all my expenses.
Here we have my passive income for the month of December.
Taxable Account: $518.34
Retirement Account: $1,151.34
I updated my Passive Income page for the month.
Passive Income Report
WOW over $2000 in passive income! That is incredible! I am super happy with the results. If only it was like this every month lol.
My taxable account hit its second highest for a month. Currently, the highest was in September when I hit $545.31. Still, I am very happy with the results.
My retirement account came out big last month. This is expected because I own three different ETFs in my Roth IRA. They normally pay out at the end of the year.
Rental income came in $100 lower this month because I decided to let my roommate keep the $100 as my gift to him. I told him that I know during this time of year people tend to spend more money, so this little saving can help him buy gifts and/or go out with some of his friends. He was very appreciative about that.
All in all, the month of December was great for passive income. I am looking for a big 2018 for my finances!!
I am going to write a post on how I did for the year compared to prior years. So make sure to follow to see the report as well as other posts/videos!!
I hope you all had a great December, and I wish you the best this New Year!!
