Once a month I like to talk about my total passive income for the month. I do this to track how much is coming in. Once I get over $2,000 a month in passive income, I will be in a great place. $2,000 a month is my crossover point. At that point, that money will be enough to cover all my expenses.
Here we have my passive income for the month of February.
The best way I keep track of my dividends is by using Personal Capital. I highly recommended for you to sign up and start using their service. It is completely free and extremely helpful.
Taxable Account: $169.98
Retirement Account: $50.32
I updated my Passive Income page for the month.
Passive Income Report
I have a new passive income stream that I will be sharing with you guys soon. I am super excited to write about it. I will be getting paid every month or even daily and it is completely passive. Make sure to follow me on Facebook or Twitter and keep a look out for that post coming soon.
So after a massive income report last month, this month is a lot more modest. I was a great feeling to receive a little over $2,000 of passive income for last month. I know that that won’t happen every month, but one day it will!! 😀
I thought that I would not get under $1k a month anymore, but last month is hopefully the last time. (Fingers crossed) 🙂
My taxable account this month was -15.8% less than April of last year. That’s not good. It has to do with a few sells I made late last year. Expectedly, this is the last month that I will make less than the prior year for the same month.
My Retirement account came in as expected. Coming in 14.1% higher than last year.
Once again, My rental income is coming in great. You can read more about my rental income here.
How did you do in the passive income department for the month of April? Much less than last month like me?
Thanks for reading, and don’t forget to follow me for great investment ideas.
